If you have recently applied for credit or had any other adverse action taken against you based on information provided by FactorTrust, you are entitled to receive a copy of that same information free of charge. Consumers may request a free copy of their report annually. You may request a copy of your report three different ways:

After carefully reviewing your report, you may find recorded information that you wish to dispute.

FactorTrust maintains information that can be shared with customers to mail you a ﬁrm offers of credit or insurance. These are referred to as “prescreened” offers.
